A Night of Family Science

Signal Hill Elementary School is excited to host Science World "A Night of Family Science". This FREE family evening open to the public. Science World will be presenting some of their spectacular demonstration shows and providing fun make and take activities that people can build and experiment with. There are also one on one activities for people to try and a paper airplane contest to let visitors explore their engineering skills.

Through the support of the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism, and Innovation, Science World is able to offer the "Night of Family Science" in select communities around the province. In the 2010-11 school year Science World presented 8 of these free family events at schools all around the province from Dawson Creek to Haida Gwaii. Signal Hill Elementary PAC is excited to announce that we have been selected to be part of the 2011-2012 tour!
