Bringing Baby Home Couples Workshop

Facilitated by Certified Gottman TrainersTami Overbeck & Julia Wyatt. This course is offered at NO CHARGE by Sea to Sky Putting Children First and is for couples that are pregnant or have children up to three years old.

Non-mobile babies welcome! Parents must attend both days February 19 and 26

• What to expect during the transition to parenthood

• How to strengthen friendship, intimacy and build a

strong foundation for your family

• Learn how to regulate conflict

• Learn about child development and how to co-parent

with your partner

• Understand the signs of postpartum blues and depression

• Create a plan to keep dad involved
