THE CORE SUMMER CAMPS
Youth Climbing and Wilderness Adventure Camp: Campers will enjoy various activities including climbing, rappelling, orienteering, and camping. 3 sessions (4 day camps) throughout the summer. Rock Solid Day Camps: This is a two-day camp in which children will experience the thrill and challenge of climbing. For kids 7 and up. More Info |

WORCA SUMMER YOUTH DIRT CAMPS
The WORCA Youth Dirt Camps are 1-week mountain bike camps for youth between the ages of 6 and 13. The focus of the Dirt Camps is safety, fun and mountain bike skill development (in that order!). More info |

GET REEL Filmmaking Workshop for Youth
The Whistler Film Festival is pleased to announce this year’s GET REEL Youth Film Program, scheduled to take place from Monday, July 21 to Friday, July 25, 2008 from 9am to 4pm daily in Whistler. If you are local and between the ages of 13 and 18 years old and want to make your own film, then this is the program for you. But be sure to register early as the program capacity is limited to ten. WHISTLER PUBLIC LIBRARY SUMMER READING CLUB
This program offers read-alouds, games and crafts as a means of promoting reading and library use throughout the summer. SRC is offered free-of-charge, but we ask that you preregister your child for the sessions they will be attending, so we can prepare adequately for the craft activities. Starts Thursday, July 3. 9am: preschool, 11am: K-2, 2pm: grades 3 & 4 more info |

DFX FREERIDE CLUB - WHISTLER BLACKCOMB
Are your 5- 18 yrs old kids interested in learning to improve their trail riding or take their skills to another level? QUEST MINI-UNIVERSITY SUMMER COURSES
Quest University Canada’s Mini-University welcomes children and youth to the Squamish campus from July 7 - August 15. Exciting one-week courses for ages 6-15 in art, drama, science, bugs, music, medieval crafts, basketball, poetry, and sports and adventure are offered.
